This Boot Camp class will combine intervals of cardio drills and muscle conditioning exercises to provide you with the ultimate circuit workout. Burn hundreds of calories while toning and strengthening your body!

Get ready an intense hour-long work out that may use jump ropes, boxing drills, free weights, and even a little healthy competition. This weekend class incorporates drills designed to enhance agility, speed, power, strength, and quickness. You’ll move around the room to a number of different stations – each designed for a specific exercise. Check “lazy” at the door when you step into this boot camp.

This Weekend Warrior Boot Camp works you head to toe so you’ll be fully prepared for the week ahead.

Please inform instructors of any special considerations (pregnancy, diabetes, recent surgery, etc.). CAC recommends a physical examination before undertaking any exercise program.
Please arrive on time for the warm-up and stay through the entire class.
Instructors will be substituted from time-to-time.
